Recycling Preparation Instructions
Tire and Appliance Amnesty and Electronics Recycling Program vouchers can be obtained at the Town Clerk's office. Only two (2) vouchers per primary residence per year can be distributed, while supplies last. To obtain a voucher you must be a resident of Phelps. Please contact the Town Clerk to obtain your voucher(s) at 715-545-2270.
