Continuing Education Scholarship

Along with accepting applications from Phelps High School seniors, the Phelps Woman's Club has extended its academic scholarship applications to include adult residents of Phelps interested in continuing education.

Applicants are required to have been Phelps residents for the last three years -- or since 2022.
