NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned have applied for license to sell at the premises described below in the Town of Phelps, Vilas County, Wisconsin, intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages as described in Chapter 125.26 and subsection (3) of Section 125.51 of the Wisconsin Statutes subject to limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto and hereby agrees to comply with the laws, regulations, ordinances and resolutions, state, federal and local, affecting the sale of such fermented beverage if a license be granted.
