Request for Proposal: The Town of Phelps is accepting proposals for the construction of a bridge over the Wisconsin River. The Town has entered into an agreement with the Lac Vieux Desert Tribe and the US Forest Service for this project. Davis-Bacon wages and reporting are required for this project.
